Long Prairie, which was named after the river flowing through the city, is located in central Minnesota.  Bordered on the south by beautiful Lake Charlotte, Long Prairie with a population of 3,040 is the county seat for Todd County. 

Located at the junctions of US Hwy 71, TH 287 and TH 27 Long Prairie offers a wide variety of businesses and shopping opportunities, an abundance of recreational and leisure activities, excellent school systems, quality medical facilities, and diverse industrial opportunities.
