Education

Long Prairie-Grey Eagle School District #2753 is a preschool through grade 12 district of about 1,000 students. The District serves the students of Long Prairie and Grey Eagle, Minnesota; as well as the surrounding area. 

The teachers and administrators serving in this close-knit and supportive District are focused on providing high-quality and comprehensive education for students of all abilities. Students in Long Prairie feel encouraged and supported as they embark upon their educational journey and it is common for the entire community to show support by attending school and sporting events.

K - 6

The District has a K-6 and 7-12 configuration in two buildings located in Long Prairie. Elementary students are served at the Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Elementary, which is a preschool-6th grade school. The building also has a collaborative setting with Headstart.

High School

Long Prairie-Grey Eagle High School, offers students in grades 7-12 a wide variety of co-curricular, academic, arts, music and athletic programs designed to challenge the interests and abilities of all students.
