General Duties:The City Clerk/Finance Officer performs administrative work conducting the daily business activities of the city including statutory duties of the city in an efficient, orderly and lawful manner, and will provide support to the City Administrator/Clerk as assigned. Maintenance of official city records, public documents, election administration, preparation of meeting minutes and agendas, municipal licensing, resolutions and ordinances and custody and disbursement of public funds.
