By filling this notice the City Administrator/Clerk is requested to give proper notice to all the council members. The notice must be mailed at least one day before the meeting to all of the council members stating the time and place of the meeting. The notice must also be posted three days in advance of the meeting noting the date, time, place, and purpose of the work session
